What counts as an "agent run"?+
A single inbound interaction your swarm handles end-to-end — one call answered, one lead followed up, one review replied to. Most service businesses use 100–400 runs per month per location. If your business is heavier on calls (HVAC dispatch in summer, for example), we'll tell you before you hit a wall.
What happens if I go over my plan's runs?+
We notify you at 80% and again at 100% of your monthly limit. Overages are billed at $0.25/run on Starter, $0.18/run on Growth, and $0.12/run on Scale. Or you upgrade mid-cycle and we prorate the difference.
Is the 30-day money-back guarantee real?+
Yes, on Growth and above. If your swarm isn't working for your business in the first 30 days, we refund the first month in full. No questions, no negotiation, no 'store credit.' Real money back.
Can I switch plans after I start?+
Yes, any time, both directions. Upgrades prorate immediately so you get the new capabilities the same day. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do I have to commit annually?+
No. Every plan is month-to-month by default. If you want annual billing, it saves 15% on Growth and above — reach out and we'll set it up.
How many locations can I run on one plan?+
Starter covers one location. Growth covers up to 3 locations under one swarm configuration. Scale is built for multi-location — unlimited swarms, and we can configure location-specific behavior for each one. Enterprise handles larger groups with dedicated infrastructure.
What integrations are included at each tier?+
Every plan includes Twilio, Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Calendly, and Slack. Growth adds premium integrations including Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, and Meta CAPI. Scale adds custom integrations built to your spec within 2 weeks.
